微波合成网络状纳米氧化锌

摘    要:以硫酸锌、尿素及十二烷基硫酸钠为原料,在微波高温高压条件下用均匀沉淀法制备了纳米氧化锌。采用X射线衍射分析、透射电子显微镜对粉体进行了表征,并研究了其光谱性能。实验结果表明制得的纳米氧化锌为网络状结构,且对可见光的透光性好,对紫外光的屏蔽能力强,具有良好的发光

Abstract:Using ZnSO4,CO(NH2)2 and twelve alkyl Na2SO4 as raw materials,nanometer ZnO was successfully prepared at high temperature and high pressure with microwave technique.The as-prepared powder was characterized by XRD and TEM.The spectral properitis were also studied.The experimental results indicated that the obtained ZnO has a network-like structure,moreover,it has good visible light transmittance ability,good UV shielding ability and good luminescent properties.
