Dynamics of polarons and bipolarons in nondegenerate polymers

We investigate theoretically the dynamic process of polarons and bipolarons in nondegenerate polymers. In a low field, it is bigger that the carriers are charged polarons or bipolarons,their lattice configurations and charge densiti es move together all along. The velocity of polarons is bigger than that of bipo l arons in the same system. Both polarons and bipolarons have their saturated velo cit ies.The saturated velocities decrease with the increase of the nondegenerate par ameters. In a high e lectric field, the electronic states of polarons and bipolarons are dissociated f rom their lattice states, and move with high velocities. In this case, the carri ers are electrons rather than polarons or bipolarons.
