有色棉产品的精练工艺研究

摘    要:首先通过对有色棉纤维中果胶质含量的测定,并且针对去除有色棉纤维中所含有的果胶质的碱精练工艺条件和果胶酶精练工艺条件进行系列试验,从中确定出较适宜的碱精练工艺条件和果胶酶精练工艺条件,同时对这两种精练工艺条件所得到的实际效果比较,认为果胶酶精练工艺更适合于对有色棉的精练。

Abstract:By testing the content of pectin in coloured cotton fiber and doing a serious experiments in different condition, we get the best working condition in two different scouring processes with the aim to delete all pectin in coloured cotton fiber.By comparing the actual reselt of two different scouring process,we think pectase scouring process is more suitable for coloured cotton product than alkali scouring process does.
