摘    要:二维分子晶体具有超薄、长程有序、无晶界和缺陷密度低等优点,是构建多种高性能光电器件的理想材料.实现二维分子晶体的低成本、大面积制备是二维分子晶体走向应用的关键.目前,人们开发了多种方法,在气相和液相中实现了二维分子晶体的可控制备,并揭示了这类二维有机体系独特的光电性能.本文综述了二维分子晶体的制备方法及其在有机场效应晶体管和光探测器等器件中的应用.

Abstract:Two-dimensional molecular crystals(2DMCs)have characteristics of long-range order,free boundary and low defect density,which make them ideal candidates to build high-performance optoelectronic devices.The low-cost and large-area production of 2DMCs is a key to their applications.At present,many methods have been developed for the controlled preparation of 2DMCs in gas or liquid phases,and the unique optoelectronic properties of 2DMCs have been revealed.In this review,we summarized the preparation methods of 2DMCs and their applications in the devices such as field-effect transistors and phototransistors.
