| Abstract: | Let D be a 4-(v,k,2) design,and G be a act block-transitively on the 4-(v,k,2) designs.If the socle of G is isomorphic to one of the simple groups of Lie type Sz(q) or Re(q) groups,then G is not flag transitive. |
