| Abstract: | Funcational multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNT)supported platinum and ruthenium electrocatalyst Pt-Ru/ MWNT with high dispersion were prepared by a modified electro-deposition method.The structures,compositions and valences of the catalysts were measured by Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM)and Infrared spectrum (FTIR).The methanol electro-oxidation activity and stabilization was measured by CV,and a better electro-oxidation activity was gain.The results show that oxygen containing groups were produced on the surface of MWNT to facilitate the Pt and Ru nanoparticle absorption,the diameter of particle is 5～15nm. |
