摘    要:本文提出了以H-l07吸附树脂富集,分光光度法测定水中痕量酚的方法。在柱长30mm、内径5mm,内装20~36目H-107吸附树脂的微型吸附柱上,能有效地吸附溶液中的痕量酚。被吸附的酚可用95%乙醇进行定量洗脱。富集倍率可达到100倍。实际样品的分析结果与萃取光度法相一致,检测限可达到0.002mg/L酚。

Abstract:A method of enrichment by adsorptionresin and spectrophotometric determination oftrace phenol in water has been investigated. Trace phenol(<20ug)in pH 3 water could beenriched by a minicolumn packed with H-107adsorption resin,95%ethanol was used as theeluent.Phenol hus collected could be deter-mined by a spectrophotometric method,Therecoverv is around98%with a standard devia-tion of 0.265%. Thedetectionlimit and en-richment factor of phenol are 0.002ug/mL.and l00 respectively,The method has beenused to determine trace phenol in lake waterwithsatisfactorv results.
