摘    要:报道了一类新型生物可降解和生物相容性药物释放材料聚磷酸酯-聚氨酯的合成和表征,研究了这类聚合物的体外降解及其对牛血清白蛋白的释放性能。

Abstract:New biodegradable and biocompatible copolymers poly (phosphate-urethane ) swith elevated molecular weight were synthesized by the polycondensation of Ser-Tyr orTyr-Tyr dipeptide and phosphorodichloridate and followed by reacting with 1,4-butane-di-isocyanate. The chemical structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, FTIR and elemental analy-sis. The molecular weight, and thermostability of these polymers were investigated. The invitro degradation and bovine serum albumin (BSA) release profile were also studied. It wasfound that the degradation rate of the materials and BSA release behavior can be modulatedby varying the hydrohobic properties of these poly(phosphate-urethane)s.
