网络化产业中的技术标准竞争战略

在网络化产业中 ,由于网络效应的存在 ,技术标准的竞争通常非常激烈 ,而且会出现“赢者通吃”的现象。因此 ,合理而有效的战略对于企业在这场竞争中获胜是至关重要的。本文首先用一个简单数学模型对技术标准出现的一般过程进行了分析 ,并指出了确立技术标准对企业的重要意义 ,然后指出了网络化产业中影响技术标准产生的四个主要因素 ,针对这四个因素 ,本文在最后一部分提出了五项战略举措。

Competitive Strategy of Technology Standard in Network Industry

Because of the present of Network Effects in network industry,the Competition of technology standard is very important and the phenomenon of “winner-take-all” will take place.It is very important for enterprise to make up rational and efficient strategy.In this paper,Firstly,I analysis the emergent process of technology standard based on a simple mathematic model and its value for enterprise.Secondly,I point out four key factors affecting the emergent of technology standard.At last,I put up five suggestions.
