光电祸合隔离放大器的线性度

摘    要:光电祸合隔离放大器具有很高的线性度.当运算放大器电压增益足够高时,光隔离放大器的线性度依赖于二个光敏二极管的性能匹配、温度梯度,以及投射到它们上面的光强匹配.发光二极管的非线性特性及不稳定性并不影响光隔离放大器的线性度.’

Abstract:Optically coupled isolation amplifier is of very good linearity. If the gain of operational amplifier is large enough, the linearity of optically coupled isolation amplifier depends on the match of the photodi-odes, the match of the light transmission paths, and the tracking of these matches over temperature. Most detrimental characteristics of the LED such as nonlinearaity, poor long term stability disappear.
