Abstract:The Luminescent properties of a new reagent 9,10-dimethyl acridinium fluorosulfonate (DMAF) and the reaction mechanism of a new chemiluminescent system DMAF-KOH-H_2O-AuCl_3 were studied, and a new chemiluminescent method for the determination of trace gold was established. The method is simple, selective and highly sensitive, the detection limit is 0.3ng/mL Au, the linear range is from 0.5ng/mL to 800ng/mL Au, the relative standard deviation is 5.0% and 6.2% for 200ng/mL and 10ng/mL Au, respectively. The system is particularly stable,a long standing time of eight hours for a standard solution of AuCI_4~- did not essentially affect is chemiluminescent reaction.
