摘    要:下一代网络对业务的快速开发和部署需求越来越迫切,需要在网络能力开放的基础上进一步开放业务的能力.本文对与下一代网络的业务开发和控制相关的两大主要标准化组织3GPP和OMA进行了详细研究,阐述了3GPP IMS作为下一代网络业务开放的统一的控制平台的工作机制,分析了OMA业务环境OSE的概念和思想,并详细分析了OSE与IMS的关系.最后以PoC业务为例阐明了下一代网络的业务开发模式及业务之间的调用关系.

Abstract:The requirement for rapid services creation and deployment in NGN becomes more and more urgent, which requires further open service features in the precondition of the openness of network capabilities. This paper analyzes the two main standards bodies including 3GPP and OMA which are related to the work on the services deployment and control of NGN. This paper describes the mechanism of 3GPP IP multimedia subsystem acting as the uniform services control platform of NGN, and then analyzes the conception of OMA service environment (OSE), the relationship of OSE and IMS is detailed described subsequently. Finally PTT over Cellular (PoC) is illustrated to clarify the NGN services deployment mode and the relationship of different service enablers.
