| 摘 要： | 首先对科技成果转让中收益分配率确定的基本原则进行了分析 ,在此基础上 ,综合考虑合作伙伴的投资及所承担的风险 ,然后运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对科技成果转让中的风险进行了客观评价 ,提出了一种确定收益分配率科学计算方法 ,并进行实证分析说明其有效性 ,为科技成果转让的风险决策提供了具体、可行的依据 .

| Abstract: | The basic principles for the distribution rate of profits making are analyzed within transfer of scientific and technological achievements. By integrating the investment and risk factors. Lastly, the paper objectively assesses risks within the transfer of scientific and technological a chievements through analytic hierarchy process method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. a scientific algorithm to make the profits rate is proposed. Moreover, a example is presented to illustrate the Validity of the algorithm and model. The same time, offering concrete and vialble basis for the risk decision-making of the transfer of achievements. |
