| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱-质谱法测定了化妆品中11种防晒剂，通过对提取溶剂、提取条件的选择和线性、灵敏度、精密度、回收率等的研究，建立了测定化妆品中防晒剂的方法，11种防晒剂的平均回收率(n＝5)在98．2％-101．2％之间，相对标准偏差(n＝5)在0．3％-1．6％之间。

| Abstract: | A new method for determination of eleven sunscreen agents in cosmetics was developed by using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) technique. The sunscreen agents were extracted by methanol under ultrasonication. The recoveries (n=5) ranged from 98.2% to 101.2%, and the relative standard deviations (n=5) were from 0.30% to 1.58%. |
