| Abstract: | A kind of fiber optic vacuometer that can be used for measuring degree of vacuum in electron tubes production is discussed,where at first the present situation & problems in gauging vacuum with this production field is detailed,then the feasibility,experiment and conclusion of fiber optic sensing technique project is formulated. |
