Abstract: | The [(C6H6)RuCl(1,10-C12H8N2)]Cl complex has been prepared and studied by IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The complex was prepared in reaction of [(C6H6)RuCl2]2 with 1,10-phenatroline in acetone. The electronic spectrum of the compound has been calculated using the TDDFT method. |
