| 摘 要： | 提出ＰＤＭ和ＥＲＰ集成的必要性，分析了ＰＤＭ和ＥＲＰ二系统的区别和信息交汇处，提出二者集成的可能性和困难，指出只要ＰＤＭ和 ＥＲＰ的集成符合企业实际，就是最好的集成方法。

| Abstract: | This paper first presents the necessity of PDM-ERP integration, and then analyzes the difference between the two systems and their information focus as well as the possibility and trouble in the proposed integration. Finally, the article points out that the would-be integration will be the best choice as long as it is in line with the reality of the enterprise. |
