Abstract:The cyclizations of alkyl 2-dimethoxyacetyl and 2-ethoxalyl-4-oxopentanoates were only effected by means of pyrrolidine with the formation of appropriately substituted 1-pyrrolidin-1-ylcyclopentadienes.
