| Abstract: | It is shown that nonlinear trajectory is not imperative to explain the behaviour of the slope parameter for p(p)p elastic scattering.The slope parameter,including the most recent data at collider energies,is explained by assuming a linear pmeron trajectory.The predictions of the mdel at √s=2,5 and 40 TeV are also given. |
