Abstract:Construction of indoloquinolinone skeleton via Pd-catalyzed tandem Csingle bondC/Csingle bondN bond formation has been achieved in moderate to good yields. The method was applied toward the total synthesis of the bioactive natural product isocryptolepine in good overall yields.
