摘    要:介绍了天然高分子材料和合成高分子材料对青霉素酰化酶的固定化作用,着重讨论了高分子材料的制备、性质及其表面修饰对固定化酶活性和使用稳定性的影响。

Abstract:The penicillin acylase has played an important role in the manufacture of semi-synthetic antibiotics. The immobilization of polymer supports for penicillin acylase, including natural and synthetic polymer, is introduced in this paper. The effects of the preparation methods, characteristics and modifications of polymer supports on the catalytic activity and operational stability of immobilized enzyme are discussed.
