摘    要:用对叔丁基杯4]芳烃与卟啉羧酸的酰氯化物反应,并引入金属,合成了杯芳烃-金属卟啉仿细胞色素P-450单加氧酶模型A,A及前体化合物6的结构经IR,^1H NMR,MS和元素分析确定,并确证A中杯环呈"锥体"构象

Abstract:The cytochrome P 450 monooxygenase models I (Q = p-tolyl; M = Zn, MnCl, Co)(II) were prepared from reaction of p-tert-butylcalix4]arene with 5-p-(4-chlorocarbonylbutoxy)phenyl-10,15,20-tris(p-tolyl)porphyrin followed by inserting of metal ions. The structures of II and their precursor I (M = 2 H) (III) were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental anal. 1H NMR (500MHz) spectra provide evidence for the "cone" conformation of calixarene residue in III.
