氧化铝柱层状铌酸盐的制备

摘    要:本文以HNb~3O~8为例, 进一步探讨了用分步交换法来制备氧化铝柱层状金属氧化物的可行性。首次成功地将Al~13O~4(OH)~24(H~2O)~12]^7+Keggin离子交换进入到层状金属铌酸(HNb~3O~8)的层间。通过焙烧, 制备了首例以氧化铝为柱的层状金属铌酸盐。该化合物具有很高的热稳定性(>700℃)和比较大的层间距(d=1.18nm,700℃), 讨论了不同层板性质对产物结构和性能的影响。

Abstract:The feasibility of using stepwise exchange procedure to prepare alumina-pillared layered metal oxides was examined with KNb3O8 as an example. Al13O4(OH)24(H2O)12]7+ Keggin ions were intercalated into layered K niobate through a stepwise exchange process to form a layered complex pillared by Keggin ions. By calcining this complex in air, the 1st alumina-pillared layered niobate was obtained. The resultant pillared complex has a high thermal stability over 700?and retains an interlayer distance of 1.18 nm after heating at 700?in air. The effect of the starting layer structural properties on the structure and property of the products was discussed.
