摘    要:采用反相高效液相色谱法,在C18柱上以甲酵—水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在0-10min内将葛根黄酮提取物进行分离,并在250nm检测,采用标准加入法对实际样品中的葛根素含量进行了分析。结果表明:平均回收率为94.8%,RSD为2.4%。

Abstract:A method for the separation and determination of Pueraria lobata isoflavonoid extract by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was proposed. All the components can be separated through a C 18 analytical column with methanol-water as mobile phase and a gradient elution-changing the percentage of the methanol from 15% to 58% in 10 minutes. Puerarin were quantitated by standard addition method at the detection wavelength of 250 nm. The result shows that the average recovery of Puerarin is 94.8%, RSD is 2.4%.
