中国电信运营商发展IPTV的策略研究

摘    要:作为三网融合产物的IPTV业务目前发展势头正劲。从电信运营商的角度对IPTV业务做了详细介绍,分析了IPTV对电信运营商、广电和用户三方的现实意义,介绍了目前已投入运营的IPTV的业务种类,并从政府监管、标准、内容、重叠业务、资费及安全等方面深入分析了中国IPTV市场的发展现状和瓶颈。对中国电信运营商运营IPTV业务的市场发展策略进行了探讨。

Abstract:IPTV service,as the compound product of the Internet,Telephone Network,Broadcast and Television Network has developed quickly at present.In this paper,we analyze the realistic significance of the IPTV service for Telecom operators,Broadcast and Television Industry and the ending users.We also introduce the classification of the current IPTV services running in China.We thoroughly analyzed the current status and bottle neck of the IPTV market in aspects of government regulation,standards,contents,overlapped services,charges and security etc.At last,the market development strategies of the Telecom operators' IPTV service are discussed.
