| Abstract: | Stable 2,5-di-tert-butylphenylsilanetriol was prepared by a stepwise synthesis. This compound reacted with triethylenediamine and lanthanum
silylamide to form a 1∶1 molecular complex and highly thermally stable lanthanosilsesquioxane, respectively.
