摘    要:幅度与相位相结合的多进制正交幅度调制(MQAM)技术利用载波幅度和相位传递信息比特,具有充分利用带宽、抗噪声能力强等优点,广泛应用于电视、微波通信、光传输等系统。MQAM发送器是研究MQAM调制解调技术的基础。ADL5385是一款硅半导体单片正交调制器件,其频率范围为50—2200MHz。探讨了利用ADL5385设计的155Mb/s(STM-1)128样点QAM发送器,为研究MQAM提供借鉴。
