微波辅助-原子吸收光谱法测定翻白草中的铜与铁

摘    要:利用微波萃取法进行提取,以稀盐酸为提取剂,浓硝酸-高氯酸为消解体系,采用原子吸收光谱法测定翻白草中铁和铜的含量.翻白草铜、铁元素的提取时间均为150s,阳极电流为120mA,料液比为1:20(g/mL),铜、铁提取剂酸度分别为1.5和1.0.翻白草根中铜的溶出量最大,而叶中铁的溶出量最大.

Abstract:The samples were extracted by microwave extraction with diluted hydrochloric acid as extractant and concentrated nitric acid-perchloric acid as digestion system,and the contents of copper and iron in potentilla discolor were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS).The extraction time for both copper and iron was 150s,and the anode current was 120mA,and the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20(g/mL);and the acidities of the extractants for copper and iron were 1.5 and 1.0,respectively.The highest release amount of copper was found in the roots of potentilla discolor,while that of iron was found in the leaves.
