微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定大黄不同饮片的矿质元素

摘    要:采用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法对唐古特大黄不同饮片中的Ca、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Mg 6种微量元素进行了含量测定,该方法具有较高的准确度、精确度、重复性,加样回收率在97.00%-102.76%之间,相对标准偏差在1.27%-3.32%之间,这些实验结果为唐古特大黄不同饮片的药效性和药理毒理提供理论依据.

Abstract:The determination of the contents of Ca,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,Mg in Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf was investigated by atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion.Recovery and RSD for the method were 97.00%—102.76% and 1.27%—3.32%,respectively.The method is rapid and precise.It provides the theoretical basis for pesticide effect and pharmacology and toxicology according to the results of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.
