摘    要:采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定不同品种山药中常量元素C a,微量元素F e、Cu、M n、Zn的含量。结果表明,山药中被检测的5种元素含量丰富,但品种间差异较大;各元素回收率在94.5%—104.0%之间。该方法简便、快速、结果准确,是山药中微量元素检测的理想方法。

Abstract:The contents of Ca,Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) with microwave digestion.There were abundant five elements,however,the contents of the same element in different varieties of yam were much more different.The recoveries of elements were between 94.5% and 104.0%.This method is simple and accurate with satisfactory results,and is an perfect method for detecting trace elements in yam.
