摘    要:氢氧化铁共沉淀分离卤水中痕量硒,用盐酸溶解沉淀并酸化,盐酸水浴加热还原六价硒为四价硒,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定硒.检出限( 3S/N)为=0.076μg·mL-1,加标回收率为90.0%-100.0%,相对标准偏差(n=11)为1.25%.

Abstract:Trace selenium in brine was separated by ferric hydroxide co-precipitation,and the co-precipitation was dissolved and acidized by hydrochloric acid,and Se(Ⅵ) was reduced to Se(Ⅳ) in heating water bath of hydrochloric acid,then the selenium was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS) after separation.The instrument detection limit was 0.076μg·mL-1.The recoveries of the method was 90.0%—100.0%.The precision(RSD,n=11) was 1.25%.
