摘    要:建立吴茱萸碱磷脂复合物复合率的测定方法。采用紫外分光光度法测定游离的吴茱萸碱的含量,从而计算吴茱萸碱磷脂复合物的复合率。结果表明,吴茱萸碱在225nm处有最大吸收,浓度在1.05—4.20μg.mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.1776C+0.006,r=0.9997;平均加标回收率为99.71%,RSD为1.26%(n=9)。该法操作简便、精密度好、结果准确可靠。

Abstract:The method for the determination of recombination rate of evodiamine-phospholipids complex was established.The content of free evodiamine was determined by UV spectrophotometry,and the recombination rate of evodiamine-phospholipids complex was calculated.The evodiamine had the maximum absorptance at 225nm,and had a good linear relationship in the range of 1.05—4.20μg·mL-1 with absorbance.The regression equation was A=0.1776C+0.006,r=0.9997;the average recovery was 99.71%,and RSD was 1.26%(n=9).This method has simple operation,good precision,and the results are accurate and reproducible.
