摘    要:采用直接测汞仪对涂料样品进行了总汞含量的分析测定。通过正交试验法对干燥温度、干燥时间、分解温度、分解时间等条件进行了优化,并进行了线性关系、精密度、回收率等实验。结果表明,本方法线性范围5—500ng,相关系数≥0.9994,检出限为0.024ng,回收率在97.0%—108.5%之间,相对标准偏差小于5.4%。本方法灵敏度高,简便、快速、准确,适用于对涂料中的总汞的测定。

Abstract:The quantitative analysis of total mercury in paint was established by direct mercury analyzer.The conditions,such as drying temperature,drying time,decomposition temperature and decomposition time,were optimized by orthogonal experiment.Under optimal conditions,good linear correlation,recovery and precision were obtained.The linearity range of the method was 5—500ng,the correlation coefficient was greater than or equal to 0.9994,the detection limit was 0.024ng,the recvoeries were 97.0%—108.5% and the relative standard deviations were less than 5.4%.The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and that is suit to apply to the determination of total mercury in paint.
