| Abstract: | The nutritional components including major constituent（Ca and Mg）and trace constituent（Cu,Cr,Fe,Zn and Mn）in the Curume Long L.of Chinese herbal medicine,which came from the region of Hanzhong Shaanxi Province,were determined by ICP-AES.The concentration（μg·g-1） of Ca,Mg,Cu,Cr,Fe,Zn and Mn were 6010.5,6250.1,18.8,4.2,331.8,208.6 and 477.4,respectively.The recovery was 96.4%—102.5%.The method is simple,reliable,and had good precision and accuracy.Additionally,the relationship between the concentration of the nutritional components in the medicine and its pharmacy effect was discussed simply.For the samples that came from the different region,the difference of the nutritional components has been compared,and the content of nutritional components for the different region was different. |
