柳芽中总黄酮含量的测定

摘    要:以芦丁为对照品,采用超声辅助法提取柳芽中的总黄酮,分光光度法测定其含量.样品浓度在0-0.3mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,柳芽中黄酮含量为3.08%,该方法简便、准确,可用于柳芽中总黄酮的含量测定.

Abstract:The obtained total flavonoids via ultrasound-assisted extraction were determined by spectrophotometry with rutin as reference sample.The good relationship between the absorbance and the concentration of sample was linear in the range of 0—0.3mg·mL-1,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The content of total flavonoids was 3.08% in willow sprouts.This method is simple and accurate,that can be applied to determine the content of total flavonoids in willow sprouts.
