摘    要:对犀牛角及其替代品进行红外光谱分析,结果表明,犀牛角在2350cm-1有两个磷脂P-H伸缩振动的吸收峰,水牛角在此处也有两个吸收峰,强度稍高于犀牛角,而其他角样品在此处只有一个吸收峰或无吸收峰;在1733cm-1有氨基己糖和磷脂的C=O伸缩振动弱吸收峰,在881cm-1有牛磺酸的S-O伸缩振动吸收峰,其他角样品都无此吸...

Abstract:Identification of the rhinoceros horn and its substitutes was studied by infrared spectral analysis.The results showed that rhinoceros horn had two absorption peaks of P—H stretching vibration of phospholipid at 2350cm-1,and buffalo horn also had two absorption peaks,and its intensity were a little higher than rhinoceros horn's,while other horns only have one or no absorption peak in this region.Compared to other horns,there were weak absorption peaks of C=O stretching vibration of hexosamine and phospholipid at 1733cm-1,and absorption peaks of S—O stretching vibration of taurine at 881cm-1 in the IR spectra of the rhinoceros horn.However,other horns have none of these absorption peaks.
