微波消解ICP-AES测定新疆和田大蓟多种微量元素

摘    要:采用微波消解,用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定新疆和田大蓟中Al、Ba、Ca、Fe、K、Mg、Na、Li、Zn、Mn、P、S等多种微量元素,Pb、Hg、Cd含量极低或未检出,方法的检出限为0.002-0.213μg·mL-1,加标回收率为90.0%-105.0%.

Abstract:The content of trace elements Al,Ba,Ca,Fe,K,Mg,Na,Li,Zn,Mn,P,S in Cirsium japonicum DC.from Xinjiang were determined by ICP-AES with microwave digestion.The harmful heavy metals such as Pb,Hg,Cd were extremely low or not picked out.The detection limits of the method for trace elements in Cirsium japonicum DC.were 0.002—0.213μg/mL,the recovery was 90.0%—105.0%.
