| 摘 要： | 从自我完善区位目标达成的概念入手，阐释了培养模式的内涵和措施，提出了高职学生自我完善区位目标达成培养模式的基本思路：把高职学生的整个学习过程，按照自然时间维度，划分成为从低到高、从简到繁、从初级到高级、从单一到综合的不同区位，将高职院校的人才培养目标系统分解成为各个区位的具体指标，并通过他律和自律结合完成目标达成。
