脂润滑条件下激光微精处理零件的抗擦伤性能研究

摘    要:采用SRV试验机和Timken试验机,对脂润滑条件下经激光微精处理的3种铸铁与GCr15钢的抗擦伤性能进行了研究。结果表明:激光微精处理使其抗擦伤性能均大幅度提高,其中合金铸铁经激光微精处理后可在蜗轮摩擦副中代替青铜使用。

Abstract:The laser microprecision treatment is a laser scanning technology on the surfaces of mechanical parts to produce a man-made asperity texture that is favourable to lubrication of the part surfaces in relative motion. The asperity texture as a result of laser treatment with metal surface has high hardness and can retain the resultant surface topography.The results of point contact tests (SRV tests) and line contact tests (Timken tests) showed that the surfaces treated microprecisely by laser had higher anti scuffing capacity. This indicates that laser microprecision treatment has promising applications in tribology.
