通信系统电路单板电源缓启动的设计

摘    要:电源模块在通信系统电路单板中发挥着非常重要的作用,其性能的优良直接影响单板工作的稳定程度.提出利用防反接、防过流器件配合MOS管控制电源的缓慢启动,可以减小单板上电时冲击电流的强度,保护器件免受瞬间浪涌电流的影响,使单板能够正常地工作.详细地验证了设计的合理性和可行性,并且对电路设计的效果进行实际的对比测量.单板电源电压波形的稳定程度表明该方法能够满足通信系统电路单板对电源模块各项指标的要求.
