渔业船舶在避让中存在的问题及对策

针对渔船避碰现状，从避碰认识、信号、行动角度，分析了渔船在避碰中存在的问题，提出了加强船员培训，提高船员自身素质，树立良好避碰意识，发挥船员考试导向作用，改善海上安全状况的建议

PROBLEMS AND COUNTER-MEASURES IN COLLISION-AVOIDANCE OF FISHING BOATS

In view of existiing situation of the fishing boats collision-avoidance acknowledgments,signals and actions,the problems existed in fishing boats collision-avoidance were discussed.The suggestions that the training on fishermen should be reinforced,ability of fishermen should be improved,self-conscious to collision-avoidance should be established,the leading function of examination of fishermen should be intensified in order to improve maritime safety were put forward.
