| Abstract: | The behavior of the profile curves of the melt menisci for the growth of sapphire tubes of different diameters by the edge-defined
film-fed growth (Stepanov) technique has been investigated. The external and internal circular menisci of the crystal tube
are considered. The case of positive contact angle contact between the profile curve and working shaper surface is analyzed. |
