| 摘 要： | 针对目前三网合一的趋势，提出一种新型的管理系统，该系统采用信号通道控制方式，充分利用计算机技术、网络技术和通信技术，能有效地监控用户的使用状态，使有线电视的计费和收费变得更加容易。该系统每户成本低，安装和使用方便，安全性和可靠性高，为有线电视与Internet连接后的管理工作提出了一种可行方案。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the trend of the unification of three nets at present, this article has proposed a new kind of administrative system, which adopts the method of signal passway control. This system makes the best of the computer technology, network technology and communication technology, monitors the users performance ef- fectively and makes charging and charge collecting of the cable TV easiero For each user, this system is with low cost, safe and reliable, also convenient to install and use. It is a workable management scheme when the cable TV is connected with Internet. |
