聚丙烯基聚肟偕氨合铜(Ⅱ)—亚硫酸钠体系引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合动力学

摘    要:研究了聚丙烯基聚肟偕氮合铜(Ⅱ)(PPAO—Cu)—亚硫酸钠体系引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)水溶液聚合。表观聚合速度(Rp)是 Rp=9.7×10~(12)e~(88.8kJ/RT) c(MMA)~(0.88) c(Na_2SO_3)~(0.50) 聚合诱导期(τ)与亚硫酸钠浓度成反比,与PPAO—Cu用量和单体浓度无关。可表示为 1/τ=1.2×10~(12)e~(-55.3KJ/R) c(Na_2SO_3)=K_τ·R_ 聚合是由PPAO—Cu/Na_2SO_3氧化还原反应产生的初级自由基所引发。


KINETICS OF POLYMERIZATION OF METHYL METHACRYLATE INITIATED BY COPPER POLYPROPYLENEBASED POLYAMIDOXIME-SODIUM SULFITE SYSTEM
Abstract:The aqueous polymerization of methyl methacrylate initiated by copper polypropylene-based polyamidoxime(PPAO-Cu)—sodium sulfite system was investigated. The overall rate of polymerization (R_p) is R_p=9.7×10~(12)e~(-88.8kJ/RT)c(MMA)~(0.88)c(Na_2SO_3)~(0.50) The length of the induction period (τ) is inversely proportional to the concentration of sodium sulfite and independent with the amount of polymer supported copper and the concentration of monomer. It could be expressed as follows: 1/τ=1.2×10~(12)e~(-65.3kJ/RT)c(Na_2SO_3)=K_τ·Ri The polymerizatio is initiated by a primary radical generated from the redox reaction rather than induced by "coordination-proton transfer" mechanism.
