| Abstract: | A new method for the quantification of famotidine consists of a simple extraction procedure and paired-ion high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. The method has good accuracy and precision and should be suitable for the routine measurement of plasma and urine samples for clinical studies. |
