| 摘 要： | 研究５层介质平板波导中的场分布。推导两种情况下的场分布表达式及色散方程，并对结果进行数值模拟。解决由探测器拾取到的信号来推知波导层中导波的传输状态这一问题。

| Abstract: | The field distribution in five layer dielectric plate waveguide is studied. The expressions of field distribution and dispersion equations in two conditions are derived, and the results are numerically simulated. A problem of transmission states of guided wave in waveguide layer from the detected signals is solved. |
