摘    要:文章探讨了由水耦合器、多通道高能量聚焦超声探头、冲击脉冲激励电路、脉宽线性放大电路及计算机检测系统组成的"多探头高能水耦合超声动态检测系统",不但能对各种刚性管材各处的壁厚进行高速、连续地探测,还能通过计算机检测系统,多图形地显示壁厚曲线、超标报警,并能进行数据存储和查询。

Abstract:Introduced in the paper is a dynamic testing system consisting of a water-spraying coupler,a high-energy multi-channel focusing probe,an impact pulse excitation circuit and a linear pulse width amplifier and a computer testing system. A practical application case is also presented,which shows that the wall thickness of various rigid tube materials can be inspected successively and speedily by the developed system,and that the displaying of the curves of thickness in multi-graphs,warning when exceeding standards and saving and checking of the data can be implemented by the computer testing system.
