摘    要:为了保证视频内容在公开网络中的安全传输和责任认定,在充分考虑视频编码和篡改特征的基础上,提供了一种视频特征提取方法,并对特征提取数据进行比特承诺。通过验证比特承诺数据来判断视频是否被篡改,以及确定篡改发生的区域;在发生非法视频传播时,发送方通过揭示承诺,实现责任认定。实验结果表明,该方法计算复杂度小,且具有良好的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe transmission of the video content on the public network and the responsibility identification, on the basis of fully considering the video encoding and tampering features, a method for extracting video features, and make bit commitment to the feature extraction data is provided. By verifying bit commitment it can determine whether the video is tampered and locate the tampered area. In the case of illegal video transmission, the sender reveals the commitment to achieve responsibility identification. Experimental results show that, the computational complexity is small, and it has good security and credibility.
