湿法磷酸无水物工艺条件下六种云南磷矿的酸分解反应性能研究

摘    要:本文研究了6种云南磷矿在湿法磷酸无水物工艺条件下的酸分解反应性能.实验发现,在无水物工艺条件下,磷矿的酸分解反应性能要比在二水物和半水物工艺条件下的差;对尖山磷矿的实验表明,延长反应时间至4 h,只要液相游离硫酸浓度不大于3%,在无水物条件下,也能达到比较高的分解率.

Abstract:In this paper, the acid decomposing reactivity of 6 kind of Yunnan phosphate rocks are studied at anhydrite process of wet process phosphoric acid. At anhydrite process those phosphate rocks show the lowest reactivity, in the three processes of wet-process; for Jianshan phosphate rock, at anhydrite process, when the reaction time is prolonged to 4 hours and the free sulfuric acid in solution is in 0%-3% H2SO4 (wt), it can be decomposed more completely.
