四墙切圆燃烧方式壁面热负荷

摘    要:本文将燃烧器布置在四墙中心附近,试验发现:四墙切圆燃烧方式可大大提高燃烧器区域壁面热负荷分布的均匀性。对宜宾无烟煤,四墙中心布置方式其壁面温差Tmax-Tmin平均值为四角切圆方式的24.7%; 对神木烟煤,其壁面温差Tmax-Tmin平均值为四角切圆方式的58.7%。这对防止燃烧器区域壁面结渣和高温腐蚀有重要意义。

Abstract:In this thesis, the burners are arranged somewhere near the middle of furnace walls to form the wall tangentially-flame (WTF).Hot test experiments are conducted. Results show that the WTF can increase the uniform of surface temperature in burner zone The average wall temperature Tmax-Tmin in WTF construction is 24.7% of the maximum variation of corner Tangentially-flame (CTF) when yibin anthracite coal is burned and which is 58.7% when Shenmu bituminous coals are burned. This will prevent from overheating and coking in burners zone of boiler.
